How do I transfer money between my Barclays accounts?

To transfer money between your accounts using your Barclays app, tap ‘Move Money' on the home screen. Then choose the account you want to transfer money from and the one you want to send it to. Enter the amount and choose whether you want to transfer straightaway or select a future date. Select ‘Confirm’ to finish.

How can I see a breakdown of my spending by category in my Barclays app?

How to view the ‘Your cards’ section?

2.Tap on ‘Your cards’ in the home screen, just below your account balance

All the registered cards you have with us – both Barclays and Barclaycard – will be displayed at the top of the screen, and we’ll only show you the options available for each card. Simply select which one you want to make any changes to and follow the menu underneath. 

There are scenarios when your debit card settings may not be applied and a transaction will be approved1.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Individuals aged 16 and above with a UK-registered mobile number and a UK Barclays current account or Barclaycard are eligible to register for the app. To begin, provide the 16-digit number from your card and then proceed with the onscreen guidelines. Some customers might need to verify their identity using PINsentry or at a Barclays ATM.

If you possess an activation code, simply follow the onscreen instructions for registration (this excludes the need for PINsentry).

Once setup is complete, you will only require your 5-digit passcode for login purposes. Additionally, you can enable Android Fingerprint for quicker access in the future.

Please note that this application is incompatible with rooted devices.

Access to the app is limited to individual signatory holders of Barclays Business current accounts. Registration of Barclaycard business or corporate credit cards is not allowed.
