Why can't I scan some barcodes, QR codes with the Barcode Viet application?

The Barcode Viet application can scan barcodes, barcodes, QR Codes and supports low-quality cameras, recognizing most types of Vietnamese barcodes. If you encounter an error that prevents you from scanning barcodes, QR codes on the Barcode Viet application, you should consider the causes and solutions below:

- Poor quality barcode images: Poor quality barcode and QR code images are one of the reasons why the application cannot scan the code. You should use a clear QR code image, not blurred or smudged to ensure accuracy.

- Barcode printing surface: If the barcode printing surface is transparent or opaque, the barcode will not show clear color contrast. This makes the application unable to read the barcode.
