You have to have at least Rs 100 to buy something. You can only buy one thing each time. So, you always have some money left that you can't use since you need a minimum balance. Even if you have Rs 95 and want to buy something for Rs 10, you still have to add more money. The customer service just keeps saying the same thing without any solution.

The vending machines of BB instant are in basements where the signal is bad. The app doesn't work well with weak connection, and lite mode never works. Even the free wifi they provide doesn't work. So, there's only a 50/50 chance of me getting something from them in my area.

You have everything you need right at home. You can simply use what you have, without buying extra stuff and wasting it.

This app is not ready for regular use. It's not even at beta level yet. It has a lot of problems and everything you do on it needs to be done many times over. Here are some of the issues I encountered: 1. While trying to register, there was an error saying the OTP wasn't sent; after many tries, it would suddenly work. 2. The app keeps asking for WiFi permission every time you use it; this is very annoying and unnecessary. 3. There are frequent random connection errors while using the app. It's surprising to see such low quality from Big Basket.

Warning: The machine overcharges for items when you only select one. This can lead to losing money if you're not vigilant. You have to contact their team for a refund, which defeats the purpose of convenience.

I bought some stuff on the app, but it ended up charging me for more than one thing in each purchase. This happened twice today! Dealing with their customer service is such a pain because they don't seem to be much help. They just keep asking random questions that don't really matter.

The support was terrible. You forget to close the door, they charge you extra money. I paid 500 rs extra for something that only cost 40 rs. There are no systems in place to make sure the door is closed properly. They should respond to the ticket that was already submitted instead of replying here.

I'm not sure why the transactions failed and we haven't received any help for it. If we don't share our feedback on social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook, the problems won't get fixed. It was a really amazing experience, speechless! 😃😃

Their app deserves 0 stars. On the positive side, I'd give them 5 stars for their refills on the kiosk and the overall set up, concept, and innovation. Let's talk about the app scenario. I own a Zenfone Max Pro M1 with a 5000 mAh battery. I used the app for only a minute, then minimized it. Surprisingly, it kept draining my battery! It managed to drain 13% of my 5000 mAh battery in just a couple of hours, even when running in the background. Why does it run in the background anyway? This kind of app performance is definitely not what you would expect from BB.
