    Update: It's been almost a month since I noticed that some of the manga and novels I've collected won't open. Instead, it shows 'Data Not Found' or error 500. My internet is fine, but the same issue happens on Manga Star and Literature Star websites - some works just won't open. Even after reinstalling, the problem persists. o(︶︿︶)o

    All you need is a simple QR code to use. The current dating interface is too complicated. Plus, the system runs so slow and keeps showing error messages like "System error occurred, please try again later..."

    Attention MapleStory players! Looking for kind souls to gift me some yarn balls! I wanted a set, but accidentally put my yarn balls on a character because of my mistake. Honestly, I find this app really hard to use. Even though I haven't encountered any issues, the design is not user-friendly at all. The functions are hard to locate, very inconvenient. I downloaded it for an event and initially wanted to keep it for account security, but it's just too difficult to navigate.

    Reported the issue of being unable to open, received a canned response, asked to report again, then said issue was fixed, but still cannot open, it's really bad, like a negative publicity. The previous Gash App was so much faster, now getting worse with each upgrade.

    What a waste of time! I went to the convenience store to buy some points to top up, but creating an account took me all morning... got the verification code, received it, confirmed it, but when I returned to the app, I had to start all over again... It's an endless nightmare. If I hadn't bought the points card, I'd have deleted this app right away. Such a waste of time. Customer service either gives irrelevant answers or asks you to send an email, then you have to wait for them to reply when they have time... How sad...!
