1. What are the service areas?

Our laboratory tests, vaccinations and infusions at home service is available in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Brasília.

2. What are the prices?

You can check the prices directly in the app or on our website. In the case of tests, you can also request a quote through the app.

3. What are the payment methods?

Payment is made by PIX (only in the app) or credit card. Through our app, purchases can be paid in up to 12 installments (3x interest-free and 4x to 12x with interest).

With PIX, the option available is the “copy and paste” method. You must copy the code and access your bank's app to make the payment.

4. Where should I send the PIX payment receipt?

You do not need to send us any receipt. The entire transaction is done digitally.

5. What happens when the PIX payment period runs out? How should I proceed?

You will see a notification in the app informing you that the payment was not made. To receive another payment code via PIX, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

6. How do I know that my appointment made via PIX is confirmed?

If you were able to make the payment, your appointment is already confirmed. In addition, you can view your confirmation directly in the app. You will also receive this information via your registered email and via WhatsApp.

7. Do you offer installments? In how many installments?

Through our app, we offer payment in up to 12 installments by credit card (3 installments without interest and 4 to 12 installments with interest). You will find the installment options on the payment page.

At the moment, you can only pay in cash using PIX in the app.

8. Which health plans does Beep accept?

Check the list of plans that Beep accepts on our website. It is important to remember that, after requesting an appointment using the plan, the request will be evaluated and authorized by your health plan.

9. How do I schedule an exam, vaccine or infusion with my health plan?

    Select the service (exam, vaccine or infusion), then “Health plan” and your plan;

    Indicate the person who will receive the service;

    Photograph the medical order, an official document and your plan card (for future appointments, the images will already be saved);

    Choose the date and time of the service and complete the request;

    You will receive an email with the information and your request will be evaluated for authorization by your health plan;

    After authorization, you will receive a confirmation email and preparation instructions.
