The app is user-friendly, unobtrusive, and highly precise. It contains no advertisements, tracking, or excessive permissions. It

- gives prompts through beeps (or ringtones of your choice)

- shows seconds until the next beep

- indicates seconds until the next level

- tracks the distance covered (including shuttle runs) and time elapsed

- supports laps of either 15m or 20m

- includes an auto-stop feature

Once you complete the test, the app will provide estimates for

- VO2_Max

- calories burned

These results will

    I noticed a lag between the levels during my beep test. I reached level 10, and for some beeps, there was a noticeable delay of a few seconds. Then out of nowhere, it would speed back up. This difference stuck in my mind. When I got home, I decided to compare it with tests on YouTube. The audio was much faster than what I experienced in the actual test.     This app has one job. It should beep every few seconds. But it doesn't do that consistently. It beeps four out of five times, which leaves gaps with no sound at all. It's frustrating. What's the point of an app that can't even manage its basic function? Disappointing and just plain awful.
