How to start

1. Open the app, select a car, a tariff (read more about tariffs here) and click the "Book" button. You will have a few minutes of free waiting. Then the waiting will switch to a paid mode according to the tariff you selected.

2. When you approach the car, press "Open and start inspection". If you cannot find the car in the parking lot, press the "Blink" button - the car will sound the horn.

3. Carefully inspect the car for damage. All defects must be photographed before the rental or compared with those already in the damage gallery. 

4. Once the inspection is complete, click "Go" to start the rental and start the car. Don't forget to adjust the mirrors and fasten your seat belt before you start the trip.

What to do in case of an accident

    • Do not fill out the Europrotocol, this is not allowed.

    • Do not move the car.

    • Call the traffic police at 102 and report the accident. If you need medical assistance, call the ambulance at 103. Wait for the traffic police officer to register the accident and receive the protocol and the decision on the administrative offense, if there was a violation.
