About Mobile Key
Using the mobile key is easy. No more checking pockets or bags for plastic key cards. Follow these 3 easy steps.
1. If you don't have the Best Western To Go® App, download it today.
2. A few days before your arrival you will see a mobile key icon appear on the app for your upcoming reservation. Once you tap the icon, you can register your device for the mobile key.
3. When you arrive at the hotel, visit the front deck and you will be issued a room and digital key.
Then you can unblock your guest room, entrance door and any public spaces like the fitness center or pool with your phone

1. Do children stay free at Best Western hotels?
Children 12 and under stay free at any Best Western in North America. Many North American family friendly hotels also allow children 18 and under to stay free. Please check the hotel's information page or individual hotel website for specific child policy information. Child policies at Best Western hotels outside North America may vary. Please check the international hotel's website for information. If no information is listed, please contact the hotel directly or call your regional worldwide reservations center for more information.
2. What if I left an item at a hotel?
For lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If you can do so as soon as you realize your item is missing it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you.
3. How can I make a special request regarding my stay?
Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online. Requests for rollaway beds, cribs and smoking preferences, as well as any requests noted in comments section during the reservation process online can be made. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honored depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the hotel directly.
4. Do I need a credit card to make a hotel room reservation?
Yes, Best Western requires a credit card for all online hotel reservations. This guarantees your hotel or motel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit prior. Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements will be displayed during the online confirmation process.
If you do not cancel online reservations in accordance with the individual hotel's cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night's hotel stay, unless your online hotel reservation required a full payment in advance or a minimum length of stay.

5. What is Best Western's online cancellation policy?
Best Western reservation cancellation policies vary by location. Please review the policies of each individual Best Western hotel when confirming your travel reservation during the online reservation process.
If you do not cancel online reservations based on the individual hotel's cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night's hotel stay unless your online hotel reservation required a full payment in advance or a minimum length of stay.
When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless you change or cancel your reservation within the requirements of the individual hotel's cancellation policy. During certain travel periods, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.
