It is a brandy self-delivered product that is shipped through the brandy delivery center, and the products can be shipped together even if the store is different, and it can be returned in a combined package.

What is standard delivery among brandy's own shipments?

Brandy's own delivery products are available in two types of delivery: one-day delivery and standard delivery, and standard delivery is a 1:1 order system product that is requested to be received by the customer after placing the order.

When confirming the order, the delivery is carried out in the process of receiving a new product from the customer, receiving it, > preparing it for delivery, > preparing for delivery.

Delivery takes 2-5 business days on average. :)

- Standard delivery products are shipped through the post office courier service.

- General delivery products may be delayed or out of stock depending on the circumstances of the customer.

- Regular/one-day delivery may vary depending on the option, and the delivery type for each option is listed in the option selection window.

For one-day delivery, the pick-up date varies depending on the region and time of order, so please refer to the following.

If you lose your ID/PW, you can proceed according to your subscription account.

: Find ID/PW → issue temporary password → retry login

[SNS linked accounts (Google, Naver, KakaoTalk, Apple, etc.)]

: Due to modification, deactivation, or withdrawal of information on SNS, it may be difficult to use the brandy account as it is unlinked.

You can use the service after switching directly to the unified account so that you can log in.

*Direct conversion method: APP/WEB → ID finder → identity authentication → password setting

 ※ Caution

- It is not possible to log in linked to Facebook, so please directly switch to an integrated account and log in.

- If you signed up for an account with real-name authentication, you must verify your identity with real-name authentication when searching for an ID.

- If you are unable to switch directly, please contact the customer center (KakaoTalk channel@brandy or brandics@brandi.co.kr) with the following information, and we will switch to an 'integrated account'.

When converting, you can use it after entering the ID/PW in the same way as the unified account.

- When switching to a unified account, consent to the provision of personal information is required, and if you request it along with the account information, it is considered that you have agreed to provide it.

I haven't received a verification code

If it is difficult to receive the verification code, please check the method below, and if it is not applicable, please check whether the [Automatic Blocking Service] is subscribed to the mobile service you are using.

What is a referral code?

The referral code is a code given to each member, and you can check your code number in the [App → My Page → Friend Invitation tab].
