It is a service that relieves you from worrying about those who are most important to you. Why? Because on the map on your phone, you can see exactly where your family members are. Automatic SMS and email notifications guarantee that you will always know when your loved one leaves or returns to the place you have set. But that's not all.

React in case of danger:

Your loved one will inform you very simply about any danger. An S.O.S. alert will reach you and all the people indicated in the application within seconds of when a family member in need of immediate support presses the appropriate button on their device. The alert will include a video recording or photo along with the exact location.

1. Can I insert my own SIM card into the device?

You can use your own NANO SIM card for our devices. However, please remember that:

The card must be active

The card must have funds in the account

The card cannot have an active PIN code

The card cannot have parental locks

The card must support 4G mode, have an active data package for the Internet and minutes for phone calls

NOTE! Even when using your own SIM card, you must purchase a package for 1, 6 or 12 months for the device. Without an active service, the functions in the Safe Family application will not work.

2. Does the SOS Locon Life Plus wristband work abroad?

We guarantee that the models sold work in Poland. Abroad, it is possible to locate the device using GPS and receive incoming calls.

3. How do I add more contacts to my phone book?

To add more numbers to my smartwatch's phone book, click the "More" tab in the Safe Senior app, then select the "Contacts" sub-item, and finally select the person using the "add" button. By clicking on the added contact, you can edit their details, and by holding and moving your finger, you can change the order of the contacts on the watch.

4. Is the cat tracker waterproof?

The GPS cat tracker is splash-proof and will easily cope with a walk in the rain. The transmitter is resistant to accidental immersion in water.

5. Why do I need the Safe Family package?

The Safe Family package allows you to fully use the functionality of your devices through both the mobile app and the website. It also guarantees safe connections, location, defining safety zones, using the SOS function and setting notifications. It is also a guarantee of help, service and the certainty that the stored data is completely safe.

With the app, you can see the location of your family members on the map on your phone. You can relax knowing that your loved ones are in safe places. Secure Family does not require installing additional applications on the located person's phone. The protected loved one consents to being located only once through one SMS. They are not notified later when you check where they are. The SIM card is traced so the loved one's phone battery is not drained.
