    The app is good until you pay. After that, you won't see many new profiles as before. For your information, pick the 3-month or 6-month package instead of the one-year package. The 3-month option is better. If you choose the one-year package, you might not get your money's worth in service.

    Recently, the app has been freezing constantly. The matching feature isn't working correctly. Even though there are many profiles that meet my preferences, they are never displayed. I asked for a refund because as a paid user, I haven't found any results that match my criteria. I think my money was wasted, so I requested a refund. However, I haven't received any response from BM support. My money is gone.

    This app is not worth the money or time. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. There are many fake profiles, and the suggestions and responses are usually not what you prefer. Dealing with customer support is frustrating. You'll regret getting a membership.

    Today I signed up for a prime membership and downloaded the app. The app is not working well at all. Every time I set filters, they reset. When I go back from filter results, it doesn't work, so I have to close the app and start over every time. The app freezes, so I need to close it and reopen it. It's hard to believe this app is usable with so many problems. Even simple functions don't work properly. If you need a detailed analysis of the issues, contact me for premium support.

    When I made my account, I started getting a lot of calls from agents who kept pushing me to purchase a subscription. They even told me that I wouldn't be able to see any profiles unless I became a paid member, and that's exactly what's happening. Whenever I open the app, all I see is the subscription option and nothing else. This matrimony app has turned into a scam. If I don't find a solution soon, I'll delete my account and report it to Google.

    There's this app, right? So, I got it yesterday and already it's not doing so great. The buttons are acting up - gotta click twice for them to work. And the next page takes forever to load - like 2 whole minutes. And don't even get me started on trying to upload a pic; that takes over 20 minutes!

    The app is full of bugs. When we change our name in the app, it doesn't show up on the interface and we have to contact support to see what name others are seeing. Also, whenever we reopen the app after adjusting preferences, all the changes we made disappear. ID verification is dragging on, preventing us from accessing premium matches even though we've already paid for them.

    This app is the worst compared to others. The filters are terrible and ineffective. You receive requests from all sorts of communities despite setting preferences. The app operates very slowly, and you have to provide a reason every time you reject someone, which further slows things down. Unlike Shaadi and Jeevansaathi, they constantly push you to upgrade to premium. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. It feels more like a spam account because none of the matches made sense to me.
