    The basket said 10 items, but when I checked, only a few were there. Where did the other items go? It's frustrating. I don't want to use the app anymore. It's very bad, clearly not tested, completely broken. Please fix it. Even after updating, it's still not working. I'll use a different app instead.

    Customer service is terrible. It's hard to get in touch with them. The chatbot doesn't connect you to a real person. My deliveries are always late, even when I pick a specific time slot. The last five orders I made were all delayed. They don't offer any compensation. It's the worst app. I can tolerate delays with BBnow, but not after I choose a time slot. I give it a negative rating.

    I bought some stuff online. They took out a few items from my order, which was fine. But when it arrived, there were still some missing items. When I told them, they just gave me the money back instead of sending the items. Now they want to charge me extra for delivery to send the missing items. If they didn't have the items, they should have told me earlier. What's the point of using the app if I have to go to the store myself? It's totally unnecessary! Their customer service was really bad.

    The app isn't reliable. The loading screen is slow and sometimes it doesn't open the instant delivery page due to a technical error. Also, lots of veggies and fruits are often out of stock and don't become available for instant delivery for a whole day.

    Ordering from Big Basket is not an issue for me. I enjoy it as I have been buying my groceries from there. A few years back, I switched to Flipkart because of a good deal and to save money. But overall, Big Basket is my preferred choice aside from the prices. It would be great if they could offer camel milk in 1-liter packages and also have freeze-dried camel milk powder.

    I had to reinstall the app to make an order. But now, my basket keeps getting emptied all the time. And when I tried to pay, it failed three times. Then, I added everything to my basket again, but it got empty once more. Also, when I scanned my card, the app saved the wrong card number.

    Today morning, I ordered groceries from Big Basket. When paying, I received a Rs.200 discount for using my ICICI bank credit card. However, they cancelled my order due to operational issues and refunded only the amount after the discount. Now, as I reorder, I can't get the discount again because it's limited to once per month per user. This feels like a scam by Big Basket. It should be brought up in the media.
