Discover the locations of bikes and docking points at stations in your city through this application. Easily sign up for subscriptions and hire bikes directly using the app. The Bike Itaú App also enables you to:

- Directly purchase a bike-sharing subscription within the app

- Hire a bike and receive a ride code for any station

- How to use the service?

To use our service, you need to create an account on the Tembici app or the Bike Itaú app (check availability in your city/state), enter your payment information and purchase a plan from those available in your city.

Only after purchasing the plan will you be able to unlock a bike at a station to cycle around.

When you arrive at your destination, return the bike to the nearest station and wait for the audible signal and green light to confirm the return. Also, make sure that the bike is properly locked: it is your responsibility.

- How long can I use the bikes?

The idea behind our system is to share and we want to give all cyclists the opportunity to ride, and the usage periods vary depending on the plan. Check the usage time according to the rules of your plan.

If you exceed the period stated in the plan, you will receive an additional charge on your card, and this rule applies to any plan and/or subscription.

- What does “You have reached the limit of validation attempts” mean?

After entering the wrong code 3 times, you must wait 24 hours to request a new code for that email. You can try with a different email or continue with your Google account (for Android and iOS) or your Apple account (for iOS). It's quick, practical, secure and authentication is automatic!

- Will I need to validate my email every time I log into the app?

No, don't worry! Email validation is done when creating an account. Next time, just log into the app with your password.

- How to use the Tembici unlock card?

Insert the unlock card into the slot located on the left of the bike

Wait for the beep and the green light to confirm the unlocking

Lift the bike up a little and pull it by the seat

All set! You can now cycle around! ;)
