No matter which room you play, all you need to do is to daub the numbers that are called. In city rooms, a row, diagonal, vertical or crossed makes a bingo, and you have to click the 'BINGO!' button by yourself; in featured rooms at the right side of lobby (e.g. Pumpkin Wizard), there are special ways to get a bingo in each room, and the system will call the bingo for you automatically if you meet the criteria of bingo.

Here are some tips to get a Bingo:

- Playing 4 cards is recommended since the probability of bingo on any card is equal. Thus, playing more cards will give you more probability of winning.

- Try to boost your cards. Boosting cards will give you more and better rewards. For example, puzzles, XPs, Powerups and so on. By collecting them, you can level up faster and get more daily bonus.

- Please do not forget to use your Power-ups during your game. These Power-ups help a lot on your way of winning. Rare Power-ups will even give you chance to win bingo after 4 or 5 numbers called.

If you don't want to make a purchase, these tips will help you play for a long time. Also you need a little luck to win bingo. If you want to purchase items, it's a good choice to buy Elite, for it can increase your daily bonus for 30 days.

1. What is Bad Bingo?

If you got a bad bingo, it means you click the button of 'BINGO' without meeting the criteria of reaching bingo (e.g. You may have daubed the wrong number accidentally, or daubed the right number before it was called). Please kindly note.

2. What is UID?

UID is your player ID, which locates at the bottom left corner of your setting menu. It is a string of numbers.

3. Why can't I load the game?

4. How can I get puzzle piece?

It's the game's rule that you can only get puzzle piece when you get a bingo in 'Puzzle Card' (which has a puzzle shadow in the card background) or open specific chests. Thus, you cannot get any puzzle pieces even you get bingos in normal cards (whose background doesn't have a puzzle shadow). Please kindly note.

If there is only 1 puzzle piece left to be collected in the puzzle (like 11/12), you can only get one puzzle card in the following rounds in that room at most, even you play with 4 cards and boost to the highest level. If there are fewer than 3 puzzle pieces left to be collected in the puzzle (like 10/12), the number of puzzle cards in the following rounds are same with the pieces left to be collected in that room at most, even when you play with 4 cards.
