I had a really bad experience. I couldn't leave the scooter where I found it because the app and location were slow. Trying to lock the scooter was also slow, and there were very few parking spots available. I couldn't even end my ride properly or rent multiple scooters for my group. My friends arrived before me because I couldn't find a place to park the scooter. It feels like I wasted my money and got scammed. I definitely won't be using this service again.

I really like the app overall, and the scooters are super cool. But I've been having this major issue where, even though I have a good 4G signal with 3+ bars, the app keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet ALL THE TIME. It's so frustrating because I can't use any features on the app. My phone is totally fine because other apps load without any problems, it's just this one that's acting up. I was in a rush once and spent a whole 5 minutes trying to unlock a scooter, but the app kept insisting I had no internet connection when I clearly did. It was so annoying because it just wouldn't work.

Before, I had trouble opening the app, but the developer replied and fixed it with an update. Now the app is running smoothly without any problems. I haven't tested the rides yet, but the interface looks good up to this point.

Using this scooter is a breeze! It's super user-friendly and well-balanced, making it easy for even beginners to pick up riding. Remember to be mindful when riding on the sidewalks since it's necessary at times. Unfortunately, some cars may not give you the respect you deserve, so always prioritize your safety. I can zip to and from work in just 10 minutes, and the cost is only $2.50 each way on average, which is much more budget-friendly compared to parking fees.
