    Booking appointments feels frustrating. Constant texts and emails flood in about donations. The app always shows "No drives match your search" even when I set it for the next 14 days, any time, and a range of 20+ miles. I live in a busy area with many drives, but they all require appointments, especially now. This makes the app feel useless, which is disappointing since this was the reason I downloaded it in the first place.
