Troubleshooting

1. Search for the app to connect keeps failing 

Keep the boAt Wearable app updated to the latest version Close all the programs on the watch → Stop and restart Bluetooth and GPS → Connect again Check and enable notification functions of your phone and keep the phone and watch in close contact. Note: Make sure your phone system meets Android 4.4 and above and iOS 8.0 and above.

2. My Bluetooth keeps getting disconnected 

Make sure there is not more than 7m distance between bluetooth on the phone and the watch. There is no obstacle in between the watch and the phone.

3. I can’t download cloud watch faces on the app 

Check if you have a stable internet connection when downloading cloud watch faces through the app. Also, when you are downloading the cloud watch faces, make sure you stay on the page till it shows 100% downloaded.

    So, there's a problem with this app. It keeps losing connection to my watch every day. Lately, it disconnects from the watch shortly after connecting. I'm fed up with having to clear the app's data and reconnect it to the watch over and over again. The app's interface is fine, and it offers useful features, but if it can't stay connected to the watch, what's the point of all those features? Now I'm not even considering buying a Boat smartwatch because of these issues. Maybe things will be better with a different watch.

    It's like, every time I use Google Maps or other apps, my phone just won't stop buzzing with notifications. Even when I try to turn off notifications for other apps, it's still happening. It's so annoying and I can't even use my phone properly when it keeps glitching like that. Please, could you fix this issue as soon as possible? The problem still hasn't been resolved even after the latest update.

    I'm really impressed with this app. It's so cool to see how well it connects with my watch and provides a seamless experience. With this app, I can easily control my watch and do all sorts of things like changing watch faces. Plus, I can track my health too, like how many calories I've burned or how many steps I've taken in a day. And the best part is, I can change my watch face whenever I want. That's why I'm totally loving this app!

    The application is missing some important features. You can only start sports activities like running or walking from the watch, not from the app itself. Additionally, none of the watch faces show the battery percentage, even the customized ones. This means I have to open the app every time just to check my battery. Lastly, there is no option to disable only the Bluetooth calling feature, which drains the battery, as it still shows incoming calls.

    I just got the watch today. I really like it. However, I think the app could be better. In the custom watch face, we can only add 2 items along with the time. I wish we could add more. There's no option to add a timer, only a stopwatch. Also, I would like to be able to rearrange the sequence of the features provided. For example, I want the music control feature to be the first option when I swipe down. Unfortunately, there's no option for that. I hope you consider improving these aspects because it would make the app more user-friendly.

    Oh man, those annoying bugs in the app was so frustrating. I wanted to return the watch because of them. But wow! The team did a fantastic job fixing those bugs. Now both the watch and the app are working perfectly. However, there's still an issue with the connectivity. When I go out of range, it disconnects which is fine. But the problem is that it doesn't reconnect when I come back in range.

    Oh, my watch wouldn't connect, it was terrible. They fixed the bug, so up from one star to two. But where's the detail on what I do? Sleep tracking is awful, right back to one star. By March 22, 2021, a week in, app kept disconnecting, sleep data didn't sync. Come April 28, things looked up - sleep tracking improved, new watch faces, nice touch. And then by August 7, it had gotten heaps better. Keep it up!
