    It's a great app. Everything beginners need to start fasting is free. For more advanced options, there's the Coach option. You can also find some recipes for free. The layout is neat and easy to follow. I just completed my first week following the 16-8 plan and lost 1.6kg. It was surprisingly easy to stick to, so I'm planning to continue for another week or two. Nothing else has helped me lose weight so far. I wish I had tried fasting earlier.
