How do I connect to free Wi-Fi?

At a location with free Wi-FI? Sweet! Let's get you connected.

Option 1:

1. Set a wireless network to Boingo Hotspot or your location's "free Wi-Fi" signal

2. Launch a web browser on your device. If you are not directed to the Boingo login page, visit wifilauncher.com

3. Under the free section, select "Watch an ad to Connect" (or similar) to begin your free session

4. Enjoy Wi-Fi bliss!

Option 2 (Websheet)

Accidentally select Cancel or "Keep Connected Without Internet"? We can help. 

- Forget the Boingo networks.  -or- Toggle the Auto-login to “Green/On” and turn Wi-Fi Off and back On.

Still confused? No problem. Here are some additional instructions to help.

- Select the "Boingo Hotspot" network from your Settings or Network Preference menu.

- Launch your Internet browser (ex. Safari, Chrome, Firefox). Note: If nothing happens, try going to a new website to prompt the Wi-Fi access page. 

- The Wi-Fi access page should appear. Select “Get Online Now”

- Choose the “Complimentary Wi-Fi offer courtesy of our sponsors” option and enjoy.

How do I connect to AT&T Passpoint?

Do you have Boingo and AT&T? With AT&T Paspoint, you can get an additional Boingo device connected – totally free, available now, and nothing to purchase. That's a savings of $14.95/month savings. 

Android

1. Turn on Wi-Fi. 

2. From the device Wi-Fi menu, go to the Advanced or More section (depending on the device).

3. Select the Passpoint Secure or Hotspot 2.0 checkbox to turn on. To turn it off, clear the checkbox.

iOS

1. Check the device has iOS 10+ and carrier settings 28.3+.

2. Turn on Wi-Fi.

   - The Passpoint feature is built into the Wi-Fi setting.

   - You will see the Passpoint Secure network

   - If Wi-Fi is on, then so is Passpoint. To disable, turn off Wi-Fi.
