What are the supported music formats?
Boom supports the following formats:
MP3, AIFF, WAV, MPEG-4, AAC, Flac files (sampling rate 96 KHz)
How can I play songs stored in my cloud with Boom effects?
From the “Navigation Drawer” icon on the top left of the Music Library screen, you can access songs by login into your Dropbox or Google Drive.
From here, you can directly play songs with Boom effects or you can add them to your Playlists or Favorites.
How can I activate Boom effects?
Once you launch the app, click on the ‘Boom’ icon at the right side of the player screen.
Tap on the ‘Boom Effect’switch to activate Boom effects for your music.
Where can I find the Equalizer Presets in Boom?
Click on the ‘Boom’ icon at the right side of the player screen to enter the Boom effects screen.
You’ll find the ‘Equalizer’ button along with the presets listed in the dropdown next to the Bass Boost icon.
How can I turn ON or OFF the 3D Surround Sound?
Click on the ‘Boom’ icon at the right side of the player screen.to enter the Boom effects screen.
Click on the ‘3D Surround’ icon which will open the 3D speaker settings. Now tap on the 3D surround at the top of the screen to switch 3D surround sound ON or OFF. Click on ‘Done’ to make changes.
How can I select my headphone type? Or How can I customize audio output according to my headphones?
• Click on the “Navigation Drawer” icon on the top left corner of the main payer screen to enter the “Settings” menu.
• From the Settings, swipe the screen to select the headphone type like ‘Over Ear’, ‘In-canal’, ‘On-ear’.
