    The customer service is not very responsive, especially when there are problems with the app that affect limited-time promotions. The promotions are not that great, and getting cashback is difficult unless you use it for bill payments. The app lags a lot and sometimes becomes inaccessible due to required updates that are not available in the Play Store. I gave it 2 stars because it only does the basic functions of an e-wallet.

    The app is good, but there are some annoying bugs. After I reload my mobile, a screen pops up saying "Topping up mobile credit..." and just stays there, even after I get the successful notification. I have to close and open the app again. It would be better to show the recent status on the prepaid tab instead of the splash screen.

    How about adding a feature where you can shake all your rewards at once? Currently, shaking each reward one by one is time-consuming. Imagine having to shake more than 20 rewards – that's a nightmare for me. Each reward takes about 10 seconds to shake, and sometimes it repeats 2-3 times with the same amount, which is really frustrating.

    I added money to my digi account using boost, but the credit did not show up. I tried contacting their support through email and in-app messaging, but no one has responded yet. Since I needed the credit urgently, I had to pay again directly to digi. It's frustrating that they are not being helpful when you require assistance. The app was good until this happened.

    Wow, I've been using this e-wallet app in Malaysia for years now. I stuck with it because of the cashback perks. One time, I got more than RM100 in cashback – that was amazing! But over time, I found myself turning to Touch 'n Go and Grab more often for a few key reasons. First, this app takes so long to load, and sometimes it just won't open, making it impossible to make payments. Second, it's constantly requiring updates. If you update the app before making a payment, guess what? Payment becomes unnecessary. And finally, the rewards system is almost a lost cause - you hardly ever win anything. So, in the end, I just uninstalled it.
