**[Gifting] The recipient of the gift deleted the message. Can it be resent?**

Yes, you can resend it.

As a customer who sent the gift, please check the gift item in your order history on My Page and resend it.

Please note that resending is only possible to the same phone number.

※ If the recipient did not receive the message, please check whether it is being blocked as spam.

**[Gifting] Can I know the shipping address provided by the recipient of the gift?**

Information about the shipping address for gifts is as follows:

1. **For the Gift Recipient**

   - The recipient of the gift can view the shipping address information and also check the delivery status.

2. **For the Gifter (Orderer)**

   - The person who sent the gift can check the delivery status but cannot view the shipping address due to privacy protection.

**[Gifting] How do I use the gifting feature?**

▶ **For the Gifter (Orderer)**

1. Log in as a member to place an order. (If you are not a member, please sign up first.)

2. Select the item you want to gift and click the gift icon to proceed with payment. (You can only choose one item with the same option.)

3. Choose how you want to send the gift (KakaoTalk or text message) and enter the recipient's name and contact information.

4. After completing the payment, the gift will be sent to the contact information you provided.

※ The recipient can use the service regardless of whether they are a member of the site.

※ Gifts cannot be sent from the shopping cart; only from the product page.

※ Check the delivery status under <My Page - Order/Delivery Inquiry>.

▶ **For the Gift Recipient**

1. The recipient should access the URL received and review the gift.

2. If changes to options are needed, select [Change Options] to choose the desired options. (Options not in stock will not be shown, and changes cannot be made after the gift acceptance is complete.)

3. Select [Register Shipping Address] and enter the shipping information.

4. Once you click [Accept Gift], the preparation for delivery will begin.

※ If you do not want the gift, choose [Reject Gift], and the gifter will be refunded.

※ If you do not enter a shipping address within 7 days from receiving the gift, the order will be automatically canceled.

**I am not receiving the authentication code during payment.**

If your mobile phone has set the authentication number 1588-1812 as spam, you might not receive the message. Please unblock the number 1588-1812 and try again.

**How do I use coupons?**

Downloaded coupons can be applied directly during the 'Order/Payment' stage without entering a separate coupon code. Depending on the type of coupon, it might only be usable with 'Direct Visit ON.'

• **Direct Visit ON** means accessing the site directly rather than through external shopping channels or search engines like Naver or Daum.

• PC: Direct Visit ON is indicated at the top left / Mobile: Use the app for direct access.

• App-exclusive coupons can only be used when ordering through the app.

• Coupons may be restricted based on the product even if the basic conditions are met.

※ If you cannot see the coupons you hold under 'Order/Payment - Coupons,' they cannot be applied.

Coupon usage notes:

• General and overlapping coupons can be applied to one item per quantity.

• Overlapping coupons are applied to the discounted amount after general coupons.

• In case of cancellation/return, coupons used in the order will be reissued if the validity period is still remaining, with varying validity periods depending on the coupon.

(Special event coupons and cancellations/returns due to simple customer change of mind may not be reissued.)

※ However, if the remaining validity of the existing coupon is more than 3 days, it follows the validity period of the existing coupon.

**How do I use reward points?**

Reward points can only be used when 'Direct Visit ON' is active.

* **Direct Visit ON** means accessing the site directly rather than through external shopping channels or search engines like Naver or Daum.

* PC: Direct Visit ON is indicated at the top left / Mobile: Use the app for direct access.

If 'Direct Visit ON' is active, you can enter and apply reward points during the 'Order/Payment' stage.

Reward points usage notes:

- Reward points can only be used for actual payments of 1,000 won or more.

- If the reward points are 1,000 won or more, they can be used up to 50% of the payment amount in increments of 10 won.

- Reward points are valid for one year from the date of accumulation and will automatically expire after that period (except for event-specific reward points).

- If you cancel or return an order, the reward points used will be recredited immediately upon completion of the refund.

(Except when the validity period has already expired at the time of refund.)
