Experience the contemporary take on sending a message in a Bottle - a fresh method to meet individuals, enjoy, and engage in meaningful discussions!

Here's how it operates:

1) Compose a friendly message, seal it in a bottle, and toss it into the sea. Your bottle will be randomly picked up by someone, somewhere in the world.

2) If that individual opts to keep the bottle, you’ve gained a new friend and can commence chatting!

3) Should your message be set free, your bottle will drift back to sea to be found by another anonymous stranger!

On Bottled, you can:

- Send a photo, voice recording, or text message to anyone worldwide.

- Track the progress of your Bottles in real-time

FAQ

How many bottles can I expect per day?

Bottles are meant to be rare and precious. You should be receiving around 4-5 Bottles a day. This is to make sure that every received Bottle is valuable and precious, which leads to deeper conversations and greater friendships.

I feel like my bottles are not being opened?

Every Bottles you send are received by someone who used the app within the past 24 hours, to increase the odds of finding an active users. Keep in mind the different timezone the receiver might be in: they might be sleeping when they received your Bottle, or they might simply be busy: give them time, that's the whole point of Bottled.

I don't receive any bottles anymore, why?

Make sure you didn't turn on the "holiday mode" from your settings inside the app, that would stop any bottles from reaching you.

My Bottle remains unopened for a long time with the same user, what can I do?

If your bottle remains iddle on the same user's shore for more than 24 hours, you can release it manually to someone else from your page "My Bottles". We plan on making this release automatic, soon.

I send and receive many Bottles, I don't remember which user got which Bottle. Where can I find the Bottle that started the conversation?

You can find your kept bottles inside your treasure chest:

Open your chat, then tap on the three dots at the top right corner, to find "open my treasure chest". There you will find the bottle that started the conversation.

My adventure got removed from the top, why?

Could be one of the following reasons:

- It didn't respect our terms of use

- We try to avoid random selfies without actual written / quality content (who needs another instagram?)

- Perhaps you already have too many of your adventures in the top? We try to maintain diversity; so 1-2 adventures max per user in the top per day.

- It sounded very much like a private joke to one of your friend, that didn't necessarily bring value to the community, so it was switched to "visible to friends only"

Remember: top adventures are meant to share meaningful content with the rest of the world. Be inspiring, teach them something new about your country or culture: allow them to travel through these adventures!
