    I made the mistake of subscribing after my free trial ended. The entertainment options were so few that I was close to canceling within a week. Trying to cancel was really confusing, no one replied to my emails and my subscription remained active! The external player they require you to use is sad and unnecessary, it feels like trying to fix something that isn't broken. I don't understand why they feel the need to push these poor 'media players' on us. They are awful and intrusive. Britbox's free trial was great, you can see all the good stuff in just a month. I really enjoyed watching Oliver Twist.

    The stuff is cool but the app, oh my goodness, it's terrible! When you finish watching something, you can't watch it again. You tap to open the video but it flashes and shuts down straight away because it's stuck at the end. Bummer! You can't budge it back to the start to try again. I've updated it, by the way. There's tons of other bad stuff with the design and how things work, but this is super frustrating!

    I love being able to watch past episodes of TV shows once I've found a new one. It would be amazing if we could access all the seasons rather than just a few. I want to watch the first season of various shows like Vera. I'm also curious about when Britbox will become available as an app for Android TV. I can use it on my Android tablet, but not on my new Sony Android TV.

    You know, I've been a BritBox subscriber for a while now. At first, the app was working decently, but it did have some issues here and there. Nonetheless, I could still watch stuff on it and cast to my TV using Chromecast. Then about a year later, things started going downhill. The app would often get stuck on that spinning loading circle, forcing me to restart my Pixel 3 to make it stop. But now, it's just a nightmare. No matter what I do, that spinning circle is always there, and even restarting doesn't fix it. I tried reaching out to support through emails, but sadly, they haven't been able to help me out at all.
