General Tips

In Word Bubbles, you’re given a stem in which you must build as many words as possible. Each word must start with the letters in the box. Type a word with the keyboard and then tap Enter/Return to play the word. The letters in the stem start to drop off as the timer counts down allowing you more flexibility in the words you can make. To save time, use the up or down arrow keys to re-enter the last word you just submitted. To re-enter in the app, press the "Star" key in the bottom left. 

If you enter an invalid word, then a red “X” appears to indicate the word isn’t valid. Points aren’t gained or lost if you enter an invalid word.

Word Bubbles looks up words in a fairly large dictionary. It should include common words in both American and British English, but may omit some technical terms and newer words. Neither version accepts any of the following words:

- Contractions (words containing apostrophes such as "can't.")

- Slang (words that have not been recognized by a reputable dictionary.)

- Proper nouns (words that start with an uppercase letter such as California or Christmas.) If a proper noun is accepted, it’s most likely due to the word also being a common noun.

- Misspellings

    Passing time with this brain teaser is fantastic! It's such a nice way to challenge yourself with spelling. Additionally, it helps you enhance your vocabulary. It's both simple and enjoyable!

    This game is adorable, but some levels have too few words allowed, making it hard to pass. It's tough in the bottle levels with lots of obstacles and only 10 words for all three sections. Plus, you only have three lives! These problems make playing frustrating. It would be great if they could increase the word limit and lives because it can get boring fast!

    So, here's the thing. I'm back for the third time now. I left my feedback on the reviews and I even reached out to the support team through email. But you know what? I haven't heard back from them at all. The game was running just fine for me until I had to force stop it that one time. Now, when I open the game, I see the main screen with those two bubbles, but they're empty, no words inside. I tap on the top bubble to start playing, then the next screen tries to load but then everything just freezes. All I see are clouds. I'm using a Stylo 4. Can someone give me a hand here?

    Oh no, I found so many bugs in this game, even though it's supposed to be simple. When I got to level 51, some bottles disappeared randomly. Also, the letters were merging strangely - when I tried to click on the letter S, it changed into the letter U. It was impossible to progress because of these issues. The game was so frustrating to play with all these problems. I can't believe they released a word game that's so buggy. What were they thinking? I'm deleting this game right away. Save yourself the trouble and avoid downloading it. Such a waste of time!

    Once upon a time, there was this awesome word game that everyone loved. It had tons of levels and challenges, and I played it so much that I completed all the levels and got three stars on each one. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to replay it all over again. So, I decided to delete it from the cloud to start fresh. But here comes the twist – the game stopped working properly. Particularly, the levels with the milk bottles were a headache. I tried my best, but I just couldn't get past level 62 because the game wouldn't let me finish the level. Ultimately, I had to give up on it.

    This game started really well and I was enjoying it. However, as I progressed further, I found some levels to be quite challenging. I don't mind a challenge, but it feels like in order to get three stars on certain levels or even complete them, the game is encouraging me to spend money on extra items to reach my goals. I spent days playing some levels in the 30s over and over again without being able to achieve three stars. The random arrangement of letters provided for making high-scoring words seems almost impossible. On the positive side, I appreciate that the game doesn't bombard me with too many ads. However, overall, I can't help but feel that the game is designed in a way that encourages players to spend money.

    I'm having a blast playing this word game! It's really smooth sailing, with not too many pesky ads or annoying videos. Sometimes I can't find the letters I need, and have to use gold bars to get them, but it's not too hard, just right and entertaining. I'd definitely suggest giving it a go because it's a cool game app to have. Thumbs up from me! 👍🏽🐠🐟🐡🤩

    When playing the game, I noticed that the bubbles with suggestive words are highlighted even if I don't ask for them. If this didn't happen, the screen would look less cluttered and it would be easier to concentrate. But compared to Word Puzzles where you swipe between 3 to 4 letters to form specific words, I find this game more enjoyable! But there's one thing that bothers me - having only 3 lives and having to wait TWENTY whole minutes to get another one is a downer! And some levels, like level 45, seem impossible to beat without making a purchase! These frustrations led me to lower my previous rating of the game.
