Oh no! The app is just not working for me. I got it because my husband's app stopped working too. We love going to Buffalo Wild Wings and keeping track of our rewards. Every time I try to upload my receipt, the app just crashes. It's frustrating because I literally just downloaded it less than 4 days ago. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it twice already, but it keeps doing the same thing. This is so irritating. They really need to fix this issue. I'm giving up on it now.

I really like the food at BWW! The app is simple to use. It's great that you can choose to pay when picking up instead of having to pay upfront like some other apps. I enjoy being able to play trivia and see my rewards all in one place in the app. It's fun and makes things really convenient. You guys are doing a good job, and as long as you keep it up, I'll keep enjoying those amazing wings!

Oh no, the app got even worse now. They added mobile ordering to a sit-down place and messed up the interface big time. Big banners are blocking everything, too many buttons on lists instead of just letting you tap an item, and that silly order bubble keeps getting in the way when they already have an order tab. I feel like they let the intern do this redesign. There's potential there, but it seriously needs a lot of polishing.

Oh man, this app is driving me crazy! Every time I try to make a payment, it times out on me. Plus, I have to keep entering all my info over and over again. And don't even get me started on the display – half the words are missing! It's like trying to read a menu that only says "men." And scrolling through the menu is a nightmare. It's so slow, I have to try like 10 times just to get from the top to the bottom. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck.
