If you’ve lost your serial number for a PC/Mac game purchased from GoBit Games' website, follow these steps based on your purchase date:

• Before 6/29/2019: Use this form to provide details about your purchase.

• After 6/29/2019: Click here to retrieve your serial number.

Unlocking Full Version of Burger Shop on Google Play Store

If you’ve purchased the upgrade but still see the "Upgrade Now" button:

• Go to Settings > Applications (or Application Manager).

• Select Google Play Store and tap Clear Data and Clear Cache.

• Restart your device and ensure it’s connected to the internet.

• Open the Google Play Store and launch Burger Shop.

• If the button persists:

• Tap Upgrade Now.

• Select the [Already Purchased] link. The game should unlock.

Black Screen on Windows PC

If the game displays a black screen:

• Press ALT + ENTER to switch to windowed mode.

• If this doesn’t resolve the issue, contact us with details about your system and the problem.

Remove Ads Not Working

If ads remain after purchasing the Remove Ads upgrade:

• Follow the same steps as unlocking the full version:

• Go to Settings > Applications > Google Play Store.

• Tap Clear Data and Clear Cache.

• Restart your device, open the Google Play Store, and launch Burger Shop.

• If the button persists:

• Tap Remove Ads.

• Select the [Already Purchased] link.

Transferring Burger Shop to a New Device

If you’ve purchased the game and are moving to a new device:

• Ensure the new device uses the same store account.

• Open the respective store app (Google Play Store, Amazon App Store, iTunes App Store) and reinstall the game.

• Launch the game; if prompted, use the [Already Purchased] link to unlock.

Downloading or Installing Issues from Google Play Store

If encountering problems or a "Package File is Invalid" error:

• Go to Settings > Applications > Google Play Store.

• Tap Clear Data and Clear Cache.

• Relaunch the Google Play Store and retry the installation.
