    Others said it's mostly a shortcut to their website. I never saw wait times in the app and the park map feature isn't very useful on mobile devices. I got the app for my first visit to BGW but didn't use it much because it wasn't helpful.

    You keep having to reset your password but still receive an error message saying your username and password are invalid. You cannot access the app, although you can access the website without any issues. It is indeed frustrating.

    You're excited about the app and want more features. You wish to purchase additional add-ons and also offer guest passes for your friends, all conveniently within the app.

    This app is not working properly. The map doesn't load. It's difficult to locate food. Wait times for rides are way off (more than 40 minutes). Pass holder perks can't be accessed through the app (they should add Quick Queue here). This is definitely the worst app among all the theme parks I've visited!

    I think the live map is great! But it's a bit simple. Sometimes we had to walk around to look for a bathroom because they're not on the map. The map only shows rides, animals, and shows. It doesn't show anything else.

    It has wait times for rides, a map to find your way, and information on ride closures. It's a really helpful tool at the theme park.

    The app tells me which rides are open. But it needs to show wait times too. Some rides have wait times, but they are not right at all. The app is good for when I go. Edit: Now, when I open the app, it always says, "An unexpected error occurred." Please fix this. Update: I can't use the map. When I try to open it, it says there's a network connection error even though my network connection is good. Please fix it.
