With Button Mapper, we simplify assigning custom functions to your volume and other hardware buttons. You can trigger different actions with single, double, or long presses on various buttons, including volume controls, assist buttons, and capacitive keys for home, back, and recent apps. Our app also allows you to reassign buttons on peripherals like gamepads and remotes.

Our Accessibility service detects presses on physical or capacitive buttons for custom remapping without capturing personal data. We prioritize user convenience and privacy, and we do not collect or share personal information.

We request Device Administrator permission to lock the screen for the "Turn screen off" action. To revoke this permission, open Button Mapper, go to the menu, and choose "Uninstall."
