A: To reset your password, launch our Calculator, enter 11223344, and press the Equal (=) button. This will open the password reset screen with a secret question set by you; answer it correctly to set a new password. If you have set an email, you can reset via an email recovery code.

Q: I uninstalled this app and reinstalled it. Can I retrieve my locked pictures?

A: You need to unlock the files from the vault before uninstalling. Files won't be available after a successful uninstallation or fresh re-installation.
