    At first, it was working well. However, now when I try to record a call, it shows that it's recording but there is no sound in the recording. There isn't any troubleshooting option available to help me fix this issue.

    Outgoing calls are recorded, but incoming calls are not. The app doesn't record the other person's speech, so it's useless. Also, the caller ID number isn't shown. They collected money for a premium service that is completely worthless. Please avoid downloading this app or paying for the premium service. Perhaps the developers are inexperienced, and Google Play Store approved the app without verifying its credentials.

    When you use speakerphone, the call recorder works well for both sides. However, if you don't use speakerphone during recording, it's hard to hear the other person when you listen back. The playback volume could also be louder, but it's acceptable. There are areas that can be enhanced in the future since it's still being developed.
