Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy S9/S9+ don't allow call recording in Europe / Korea / India / Singapore / UK markets. It's said that an update to the latest firmware would solve this problem. However, we cannot guarantee. We do seriously apologize. If we have a new solution, we will inform you immediately. How to update the mobile phone firmware? Go to Settings > Software update > Download updates manually

How to install Call Recorder by Cherinbo on your Android device:

Click on the Continue To App button on our website. This will redirect you to Google Play.

Once the Call Recorder by Cherinbo is shown in the Google Play listing of your Android device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the Install button located below the search bar and to the right of the app icon.

A pop-up window with the permissions required by Call Recorder by Cherinbo will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.

Call Recorder by Cherinbo will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.

    The instructions mentioned that there's no guarantee the software will work with Samsung phones using Version 9 software. Despite following all the instructions and tweaks, it didn't work on my Samsung Note 8. However, I believe it could work well on other phone models.

    This app I'm using is really great compared to others I've tried. There are a few annoying and inappropriate ads, but overall it's going well with no other problems so far. I'm new to this app, so there might be some issues later on. Keep up the good work with this app!

    So, there's this phone conference call I had to prep for, right? I wanted to catch every bit of what was said. So I got this app that said it might not work great with earbuds. Fast forward to the call time, I let them know I'm recording it for quality check. After, listening to the playback - crystal clear! Didn't even need to use the speaker.     Hey everyone! If you have a Samsung phone, remember to turn off WiFi Calling and any other recording apps. It works great with the Samsung S9+, especially when using the speaker. The audio is slightly less clear when the speaker isn't in use. This app has been used for six months now on a US-issued phone with all the updates installed.
