Not many things are free, and the fee to access everything seems too much. The free items are good though. It'd be better if all the free stuff came first and the paid ones later. It's annoying to keep scrolling to find something free to listen to - it's not a calm experience.

The content is really great. I think the subscription is worth it. I like to listen when I'm sleeping, studying, or when I need to block out distracting or stressful noises. I've enjoyed all the different types of content like nature sounds, instrumental music, and stories. It's easy to download for offline listening, and the layout makes it easy to navigate. This app has become my main source for relaxing content again.

I recently spent some money to get full access to an app after using the free content for a while. The format is great, easy to use, and the content is top-notch. One thing I wish could change is having an option for a narrator in all the courses, tutorials, and meditations. Tamara Levitt presents the content effectively... but I personally don't like her voice; it sounds somewhat insincere and harsh. However, this is just a minor downside in an otherwise excellent app.

This app is amazing! It helped me so much with sleeping, relaxing, and managing my anxiety. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and have a tough time falling asleep and quieting my mind. This app completely transformed my life. It may seem pricey, but it was totally worth it. They offer sleep stories, music, meditations, and useful lessons. One suggestion for the developers: adding a section for users to save their favorite content would be awesome.

I use this app to relax before bed and sleep well. It plays calming sounds and music to help me focus at work and do quick meditation or breathing exercises on stressful days. I enjoy the variety of daily meditations and saved favorites. This is the best meditation app I've tried.

I've seen this app around before but I was unsure about it. Recently, I tried the trial and on the first night, I was pleasantly surprised. It helped me fall asleep quickly. I do wish there were more stories, but the sleeping music like Liminal Sleep is great when there aren't stories available. I haven't tried the meditation or daily mindfulness yet, but I would easily give this app a 5-star rating! The deep sleep music has really improved my sleep quality, and I've been having some cool dreams too!

Those two splash screens were fine, no problem with those. The YouTube ads made it seem like the app had lots of great features and was free. But when I opened it, there were just tons of pages with lock icons on them. It was frustrating. Think about trying to figure that out when you've been sleep-deprived for a week.

The rating is now two stars because of the UI and user experience. I am receiving subscription notifications despite already being subscribed annually. The app feels intrusive. I find the tool helpful for my practice, but after six months, I still struggle with the rating prompts after each session. If we could disable these prompts, I would rate it five stars.

I had this app for the ambient music occasionally, and it was good. Most of the stuff was only for premium users, but there were some free parts. Now, everything is behind a paywall. It's supposed to be a free app, so why is nothing accessible? It doesn't seem right to block a calming app with paywalls. Seeing everything locked is stressful, and you have to scroll through a lot. I'd check out other apps with more variety and fewer obvious paywalls.
