FAQs
When trying to update a program or product database, it says "Access denied", what should I do?
Answer: Most likely, the program was installed under the administrator in a directory for which the current user does not have sufficient rights. There are two ways out of this situation. Either move the program and profiles to the user directory. Or run the program with administrator rights.
The antivirus displays a warning about the detection of malware, what should I do?
Answer: The first thing you need to do is update the antivirus and virus databases, false positives are not uncommon these days, especially with MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials). If the antivirus is still triggered after the update, you can check the file using the VirusTotal website (VirusTotal is a free service that analyzes suspicious files and links (URL) to detect viruses, worms, Trojans and all kinds of malware).
We recommend using high-quality antiviruses. From the free ones, you can download Avast antivirus. If for some reason you do not want to change your antivirus, you can try adding the program to the exceptions. Or find the section for sending files for checking on the manufacturer's website and send them the file that the antivirus complains about, marking it as a false positive. In this case, most likely, there will be no false positives in the next release of the virus databases.
There is still a shortage according to the protein, fat and carbohydrate standards, but the limit is already exceeded, why is this happening?
Answer: Perhaps you have set the limit lower than required for the BJU standard. You need to go to the BJU standard settings and see how much calorie limit is required for such standards. And either raise the limit or set other standards under your limit. You can cancel the setting of BJU standards there, using the "cancel" button.
