How do I adjust my nutrient targets?

To set your own calorie and nutrient targets, follow these steps:

Tap the blue menu button to the right of the search bar in your diary.

Select Nutrient Goals > Set My Own Goal. Enter your preferred target, scroll down and tap Apply Changes.

Can I set my own calorie target?

Yes!

Tap the blue menu button to the right of the search bar in your diary. Select Nutrient Goals > Set My Own Goal. Enter your preferred target, scroll down and tap Apply Changes.

How to install a Widget?

IOS

On your phone's homescreen, enter wobble mode by long pressing on the screen.

Now tap on the + button at the top to open the Widget gallery.

Scroll down to the Nutracheck Calorie Counter App, choose a Widget and tap Add Widget.

If you have a fitness tracker linked or are using the iPhone Motion Sensor, to enable the Exercise kcals to update automatically please ensure you have set the Apple Health permissions for Calorie Counter + to On. You can do this in the More section by tapping Apple Health and following the guide.

Android

On your phone's Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.

Tap Widgets from the bottom menu bar.

Scroll down and tap Calorie Counter + > select the Widget option you would like to use.

Select add and this will be placed on your Home screen.

To move the Widget, tap and hold then slide it to where you want it. Lift your finger to place.

    You like that the app has a clear graph for each product you enter. It shows if the sugars/fats are low or green. It makes tracking easier and less stressful for you. Good app!

    I liked this app a lot, but then they suddenly ended the free trial without warning. They claim they don't have ads and show product pictures, but many of my choices are missing images. This makes it hard to track calories accurately. Not cool.

    This app is really awesome and simple to navigate. It has useful articles, recipes, challenges, and member areas. The customer support team replies quite fast although they haven't been perfect when I reached out to them twice. They seem to respond quickly but don't fully understand your concern, so you might need to follow up with another email. Despite this, I would still suggest using this app.

    The app isn't free. It costs £6 per month to log food. The description didn't mention this. The lite version lacks features like barcode scanning and logging a full day of food. There's no one-time payment option, and it renews automatically. I'd prefer an app with ads over this.

    I had trouble when I tried to buy the monthly plan. After downloading it from the Google store, I wanted to set up the subscription. Because my CVC number wasn't saved in Google, the payment didn't work. I added it to my Google account, but when I revisited the app, the only payment option available was through iTunes, which I don't use. Another issue was that it was difficult to adjust portions when entering food, so I gave it a lower rating.

    Found this awesome app that's super easy to use and has all the features you need to track your food, exercise, and water intake. It shows your macros and calories without any hidden fees or ads. The search bar works great and the barcode scanner is just like MFP, finding everything I've scanned.
