    The app is working well, but the VIP filters that I purchased are not accessible. I have tried reaching out to the developer, but they have not responded. I either want to use the filters or get a refund for my subscription. It's been months, and the problem has not been fixed yet. I still can't access the features I paid for, and I haven't received a refund despite sending emails about the issue.

    I really liked this camera app before. But now, when I take pictures, they don't save or show up. Once, I took many photos and some turned out blank. And when I try using a filter, it takes a long time to load.

    You like using this app. But now, when you try to take a picture, it keeps asking you to buy a vip subscription instead of saving the picture. It's really annoying. You've tried to fix the issue but if it continues, you might uninstall the app. You were going to give it 5 stars.

    The app keeps crashing over small things. I can't add texts or draw shapes, and it won't let me combine different images. The most annoying part is that if I try to clip an image while offline, it makes the image darker. And the remove background tool only works when I'm online – otherwise, the app crashes. Also, I can't use stickers or backgrounds offline even after downloading them. Even my favorite feature, One Touch beauty, isn't working like it used to. I regret updating the app.

    I couldn't edit my review, so I'm giving a 5-star rating again. Sorry for not checking the whole app before saying things. The contour feature is still there, it's just under strong features and not makeup, which confused me. No issues, this is still my top app to install on a new phone. Thanks! ☺️😉

    I bought the VIP membership because I wanted to edit hair color precisely. But now they removed that feature and the app is not as great as it used to be. If I had known this would happen, I wouldn't have paid for it. If they had kept the tool, I would've given it 5 stars. I don't understand why they changed it.

    The app keeps freezing my phone and adding stickers to my gallery. I tried everything – clearing the cache, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app – but it still freezes my phone. I end up having to force reboot because it stops responding.

    I'm super upset because they kept charging me every year for that app feature, even though I asked to cancel and get a refund multiple times. They never responded and just kept charging me annually. This is really bad!
