1. How do I cancel my Pro auto-renew?

Disabling renewal steps can be different depending on how you subscribed. 

Please see below for the steps that apply to you

Credit/Debit Card

    Sign into your account

    'View Profile'.  

    'Upgrade' next to Subscription. Click. 

    This brings you under the subscription management page where you will see your Pro, Extreme, or Gold.  

    From there you are able to turn it off by clicking on manage your subscription, and clicking cancel all the way through.

PayPal

    Sign into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com 

    Click on My PayPal. 

    Click on the Gear icon in the upper right.  

    Click the Payments and then click on Manage automatic payments and can adjust your settings there.  

Google Play

    On your device, the Google Play Store.  

    Check if you're signed in to the correct Google account.  

    Tap Menu.  Subscriptions.  

    Select the subscription you want to cancel.  

    Tap Cancel Subscription. Follow the instructions from there!

Apple

    Open the Settings app.  

    Tap your name.  

    Tap subscriptions.  

    Tap the subscription that you want to manage (if you cannot find it please visit this Apple Page).  

    Tap Cancel Subscription.  If you don't see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

2. How do I turn off coins auto-recharge?

You purchased coins and want to know how to turn off the auto-recharge feature? Well you can do this in a couple of ways.

1. At the time of purchase

When purchasing Camfrog coins through the website we have several coins packs.  When you use the coins for virtual gifts they will top off once they reach a certain amount.  If you would like to deactivate this feature before finalizing your payment then you would turn the switch in the middle of the screen to "OFF".

2. CAMFROG'S WEBSITE PROFILE PAGE

If you purchased coins and want to turn off the auto-recharge feature (or toggle it back on) you can do that through your Camfrog profile page.

Click into the website > Click your avatar in the top right > View profile > Click Auto-Charge next to coins

This will be located next to your coins balance on your profile page that you will have the ability to toggle this feature on and off 

3. I forgot my Password and Nickname! Where can I set a new one?

It's ok! We've all been there. If you need to reset your password, you can find a "forgot password" link in one of two places:

1. CAMFROG'S WEBSITE

Just make sure that you're already logged out of your Discord account.

- Click the link, and you'll get an email with the rest of the steps to reset your password. 

- Click the link for 'Forgot your nickname' to receive a current list of nicknames associated with that email.

2. INSIDE THE DESKTOP APP

If you've already downloaded the desktop app on Windows or macOS, you'll find the link in the Camfrog friend list pop up: 

3.FORGETTING YOUR PASSWORD ON MOBILE

If you're away from your computer  and you want to log onto your mobile app, both the iOS and Android apps have the same link, but in slightly different spots.  You would click "Log in" and just click Forgot Password at the bottom of your phone screen.
