Care Health - Customer App, formerly known as Religare Health Insurance App, is a health insurance policy management app based in India. This app allows you to purchase health insurance, accident insurance (both personal and professional), international travel insurance, maternity insurance, and more, as well as additional coverage. You can access loyalty discounts from the app, so make sure to use them to reduce the price of your policy.

Manage your policies

Care Health - Customer App allows you to access all the information related to your policies. You can view the details of each policy, renew them, update your personal information, or find new ones.     The app on both Android and iOS is just bad. It won't load when I try to check my policy details after purchasing. I can only imagine how hard it must be for those trying to make a claim. God help them.

    The app often doesn't work. You have to open it numerous times to update your daily health counts.

    The app is amazing, it covers everything perfectly! It's really great. There's no need for a toll-free number anymore. I was doubtful at first when I didn't receive your toll-free call. Please make sure to send messages to all your members to sign up on the app so your customers won't feel bad if they can't reach you by phone. Excellent job on your app, it worked perfectly!

    The app does not offer features like app lock, PIN, or biometric security. Also, there is no option for auto logout. Premium payment options are not provided either. The app is controlled by Policy Bazar.

    The app's interface is terrible. I've attempted every possible way to log in but it just won't work. Even when I tried to raise a complaint through the app, it tells me that my email address is not valid. Come on, you've been sending OTPs to that very same email address since the beginning.

    This app and service are the worst. At first, it may seem great, but don't be deceived. Avoid purchasing insurance from this company. After you buy it, reaching them for assistance becomes impossible. I'm certain they will reply to this review with a generic apology and provide an email address to "address concerns."

    When you're about to release an update, make sure to test if all the features are working properly. Currently, there are no categories listed under the discount coupons. On another note, the Care Health Group continues to send email reminders to make sure you receive the benefits offered under the discount coupons.
