To set up a Careem account, you require a valid mobile number. 

Here's how to do it:

Download the app for your iOS or Android device.

Select 'Continue with mobile number' and enter your number.

Enter the 4-digit code sent to your number via SMS or WhatsApp.

Enter your full name, and you're all set!

Alternatively, you can also create an account through our website.

- How to place a food order?

Placing an order with us is quick and simple. Here's how:

Select 'Food' on the app homepage.

Add your location to find the restaurants delivering in your area. Please note that you will only be able to see the restaurants available within the delivery radius.

Choose the restaurant from which you'd like to order.

Fill up your basket with your favourite food items.

Select your preferred payment method and apply any applicable promo codes before placing your order!

You can also track your order in real time, from the moment it's placed to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

- Will I get a receipt for food orders?

You will receive receipts for all the completed orders automatically on your registered email address. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you can not find your receipt in your inbox.

Note:You are requested to register with your email address in order for the receipts to be shared to your email.
