    The features that the tool promised to have were not there. It claimed that you can adjust the engine and chassis settings on my 2023 Toyota Sequoia to disable the artificial engine noise, but after trying over 30 times to make a connection, I've decided to stop trying. Their technical support has not responded at all. I don't understand why someone would pay for a yearly subscription to a tool that doesn't function properly.

    This app is way better compared to the Cash Grabbing Micro Mechanic one. It gives you information about what's wrong with your car and by doing some research and chatting with people who are knowledgeable about cars, you can figure out how to fix your car.

    You thought this app would be helpful, so you signed up for the yearly subscription with a free trial for 7 days to test it on an Audi TT and a Ford F350. After using it for a few days, you decided to cancel. You noticed there was no mention of the free trial anywhere and they said there would be no refunds. However, Google offers a 48-hour refund policy, so you went through them instead. It's unclear whether you would have automatically received a refund from Carista, but you didn't appreciate being told you wouldn't get one. If refunds are possible through Carista, that information should be included in the cancellation process.

    So I used this elm327 bluetooth gadget to check for issues, and it found an error with one of the sensors. I replaced that sensor, and now the error is gone. Can you please add the coding for this to the app?

    I love my VW T6. I use it often to trigger a dpf regen. The yearly subscription is totally worth it just for that one cool feature. It even lets me add a big digital speedometer, which doesn't come standard on the Transporter. I can also make the needles sweep when I start it up and have the doors lock by themselves after driving away. These features are normal on other VAG cars but not on the Transporter. I can do things like check basic fault codes and play around with a bunch of other fun customizations that aren't necessary but are fun to try out.

    You bought the lifetime subscription for $80 last year, but it didn't recognize it. But today, on July 6th, 2024, it's acknowledging your original lifetime purchase. By the way, I have some suggestions: 1.Add an option to switch temperatures from Celsius to Fahrenheit. 2.Include the feature to show real-time data in graphs or gauges like Torque does. 3.Develop a Pro version that offers these features along with OBD11 shortcuts, charge $70 yearly, or $15 for those with lifetime memberships.
