Yes, you can change your appointment time, date or branch. Simply login with your registered mobile number on our website or mobile app and visit the ‘My Appointment’ section. There is also a link to reschedule in the appointment confirmation messages that you receive.

3. Is it mandatory to book an appointment?

Yes. By booking an appointment with us, you are reserving your dedicated slot to be catered to by one of our associates at the branch. In case, you drop in at any of our branches without having an appointment booked, you will be asked to book one on the spot. This will lead to unnecessary wastage of time and effort which we tend to avoid. We are serving several customers at a time and our goal is to ensure all of them receive the same kind of experience. Having dedicated slots booked in advance helps us achieve the same and allows us to serve our customers in the best way possible.

4. How can I raise a warranty claim for my car?

In order to claim your warranty, you can raise a request on the CARS24 app from the “My Cars” section. For any assistance with warranty, you can also request a callback via the app or write to support@cariotauto.com with the registration number and details of the issue.

Our technical support team will contact you between 9 am and 9 pm to understand the issue better and assist you further.

In case the car is to be repaired, we will keep you updated on the status until the car is delivered back to you.

5. What all is covered under Roadside Assistance?
