    The service from the team was really bad. They are so slow to update the delivery and return status in the app. By the time you ask for a return, it's too late, and they won't give you a refund or replacement, just try to fix the item. I can't even describe how bad the service is. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

    My experience with this app was really disappointing and frustrating. I ordered a camera lens called Samyang AF 35 f1.4. I was excited to get it because it was my first time ordering from them. When I received the product, I found out that it was totally unusable because the focus ring was not working. The return process was slow. I had to wait for a week before someone could pick the item back. I had to follow up multiple times before they sent out a courier to pick up the item. The refund process went smoothly. Just need to be patient.

    I got a projector and I'm really happy with it. I compared prices on Amazon around noon and it turns out this app had the cheapest one. I paid with my credit card, and when it arrived, it was in great condition and good quality. It did come a day later than expected, but that's okay. Overall, I think this app is great, especially because of the low prices.
