The following are some tips and tricks for this game, I wish I had known before I started playing the game.

1. Do as the Quests demand

The game only moves forward if you complete the missions assigned to you. Also, the quests are arranged in a way that helps in building up the stats and builds of the cat hero. Some missions include leveling up the stats or recruiting new heroes to the squad.

Remember to complete the assigned task so that the next task is shown and the game moves on. The quests in the game are assigned in a way such that the players gradually learn about the game step by step. Initially, the guide marks show where the required options are available and so on. By completing quests, you can easily earn rewards and also level up the cats as the missions would suggest.

2. Upgrade all the Attributes and use breakthrough

As said earlier, since it is an idle game, you need to take control of managing the cat’s stats and accessories, instead of controlling its movement. The cat hero would increase its strength if you manually increase its stats as the game progresses. The overall combat power of the cat increases every time you go to the growth tab at the bottom of the screen, and upgrade its attack stat for coins or gold.

These currencies are earned when the cat hero defeats enemies in its journey. Use these coins earned to gradually upgrade all the attributes of the cat hero so that the game advances and the missions are not repeated. Keep in mind that in case your cat’s stats are not on par with the map’s enemies, the missions will be repeated, and the game won’t move forward.

3. Upgrade the Weapons for a better Performance

A powerful weapon can help your cat legend sweep out the enemy with the minimum of effort. Hence, carrying a good weapon, that can deal heavy damage to the enemies is very much important for the game. You must understand the importance of a new and upgraded battle weapon as the game progresses. Hence, keep upgrading your weapons with newer or a stronger one. Also, remember to merge duplicate weapons and level up the weapons in this game. 

4. Always go for the best Accessories

Accessories like armor play a proper role in amplifying your hero on the battleground. Prioritize the best available armor and remaining accessories every time. A fine gear like the ones mentioned can amplify the defense and HP of the cat hero. Also, don’t forget to upgrade the grade of your armor and accessories by merging them with any duplicates. 

5. Summon for help and recruit the best Companions

The summoning system is one of the most useful features you can find in the Cat Legends. In this system, you can gather weapons, armor, and companions for your missions, with the necessary Gacha currencies. It is like a lucky draw, where you can earn a lot of rewards together.

The higher drop rates are given to low-tier tools and weapons, and the lower drop rates are given to high-tier gear and weapons, just like any other game. You can unlock new skills and equip them accordingly for your cat hero, during the battles. Remember to update the skills layout always with the best skills every time you unlock new ones, just like said before. 

Once you gather the companions to your gameplay, make sure to allocate the most effective higher rarity companions to your battle group. Your hero’s performance would get a massive boost if traveling with proper companions. Don’t forget to prioritize the companions in the battle team and upgrade their level, clamber them so that they will be more effective, providing additional improved support to your cat hero. 

6. Visit the Dungeons

The dungeons in the game exist to help the gamers earn a lot of amazing rewards. Dungeons, however, can only be ventured into, if certain tasks are completed. After specific quests, some rewards like keys to the dungeon can be found. Depending on the dungeon you go into, your rewards might differ from each other. Therefore, depending on your needs and eligibility, you can decide to participate in specific dungeons.
