- Can I change my bookings online?

Yes, you can change your bookings online for tickets purchased from Cathay Pacific.

Note 1: In case of system error, please contact our Customer Care for assistrance.

Note 2: Rebooking may not be allowed, or may incur additional fees, subject to the fare rules of your ticket.

Note 3: Changes of date and/or flight can be made for itinerary involving the same routes.

- What is a preferred seat?

Preferred seats are located closer to the front of the Economy cabin. If you prefer to sit closer to the front of the Economy cabin, choose one of our preferred seats.

- Who can use Online Check-In?

All passengers holding e-Tickets. Exceptions are:

Passengers requiring Medical Assistance

Passengers requiring Stretcher

Passengers with "Cabin Baggage Occupying Seat" request

Passengers with "Extra Seat" request

Passengers travelling in a group and are registered as a group in the booking

Passengers travelling as an unaccompanied minor aged 11 or below

- What does the term Cancellation Policy mean?

A cancellation policy is a set of conditions that applies to members who cancel their bookings. Each partner has its own cancellation policy, and it is important to read this carefully before booking.

- How can I visit Cathay Shop on ground?

Choose your language and product delivery location – a pop-up window will be shown when you visit our Cathay Shop.

Add the preferred items to your shopping cart.

Review your shopping cart. Apply a promo code if you have any. You’ll be able to pay with a mix of miles and cash.

Click ‘Go to checkout’.

Choose the delivery option and enter/edit your details. If the product is delivered via email, make sure you have correctly entered your email address. If the product is being picked up at Cathay Shop – Cityplaza, the e-voucher will be sent to your registered email address.

Click ‘Verify payment’ to obtain a one-time-password and proceed to the ‘Member verification’ page.

Input the one-time-password after receiving the verification code, then click ‘Verify and proceed’.

You will be directed to the payment page. Choose your payment method and enter your payment information.

Upon successfully completing the transaction, you will be redirected to the ‘Order summary’ page.
