5. How do I contact Customer Service?

1) Select "Orders" on the bottom of the app

2) Select the order you'd like assistance with

3) Select Help in the upper right hand corner

4) Select the issue you're having or choose "Something else" to chat with an agent

6. How do I edit a submitted order?

If you need to edit an order, you can tap “Help” and select “Make adjustments to this order” if the order has not been confirmed by the restaurant yet.

If the order has been confirmed by the restaurant, it is too late to make adjustments, as the food is already being prepared. Any additions would need to be made in a separate order.

NO-CONTACT DELIVERY

Deliveries are now left at your door by default, and you have the choice to select "Hand it to me" if you prefer. If a no-contact delivery is requested, the Dasher will know you want them to leave your food in a safe place and alert you when it's ready for pickup.
