    So, you know when I try to book a cab? Well, this annoying message keeps popping up on my screen saying there's no internet connection, and it just freezes there. I can't even click on the OK button or make it go away. The only option is to close the app and open it again, which is pretty frustrating because I can't even check the status of my booking with this thing blocking the way.

    Now the app is working after I reinstalled it. All my favorite places are still saved. But I had to re-enter my payment information. I like that this app can even be used for hailing taxis on the street. Before, it kept crashing right after the loading screen. It suddenly started happening, even though I had been using it without any issues for months. I have a Samsung S22.

    Today, I took the best cab service in Singapore. The driver, Mr. Tan Meng Huat, was very polite and accommodating. He drove smoothly, which made our ride pleasant. He is also humble. When we asked him to request feedback on our app after dropping us home, he politely declined and was glad that we reached home safely. I hope Comfort will give him the recognition he deserves. Thank you! 😊

    The app was terrible. It didn't work well, and I couldn't pay for my trip. They didn't tell me about the extra booking fee until it was too late. It was so confusing! And when I got picked up, they didn't have my booking on their system, so I had to pay in person. It was a mess. Zero stars. They need to improve.

    Recently, taxis have been slow to respond, and some new buildings are not quickly updated compared to others. It would be great to have the option to change the destination after getting in the taxi. People probably wouldn't mind paying a bit more for that flexibility. Being too rigid is probably why there are fewer taxis now.

    The ComfortDelGro app has been disappointing for a while now. There are many small bugs and inconvenient designs. For example, if I try to update a card by removing it and then adding it again, it fails. Another inconvenience is that the cursor doesn't automatically move to departure when changing the departure time.
