It allows you to cancel your booking and convert its value to a non-expiring Travel Fund.

⌛ Cancelation is available up to 2 hours before departure;

    You can then use this Travel Fund to pay for your future travel plans!

To manage or redeem your Travel Fund, you need to log in or sign up for a MyCebuPacific account.

Once you convert to Travel Fund, it will appear on your account within 24 hours.

CEB Flexi is available when you first book your flight. To add it to your booking:

Select the CEB Flexi fare bundle;

Or purchase it separately on the Add-ons page.

General Guidelines:

- CEB Flexi only allows for free cancelation;

- It does not cover rebooking change fees.

- You cannot add CEB Flexi after you've booked your flight;

- The price of CEB Flexi is based on your flight date, and on regulatory guidelines.

Travel Fund

Travel Fund is a non-expiring virtual wallet that you can use to pay for your future trips. It's available if:

🗓️ You purchased CEB Flexi and used it to cancel your flight, or;

✈️ Your flight was disrupted (i.e. canceled or had a 1hr+ schedule change).

🕊️ Guest/s in the booking has a serious illness, or has died;

    Guest's immediate family member has died.

To manage or redeem your Travel Fund, you need to log in or sign up for a MyCebuPacific account.

General Guidelines:

👤 A MyCebuPacific Account is required to make booking changes;

    Once you convert to Travel Fund, it will appear on your account within 24 hours;

💵 The currency of your Travel Fund will depend on what currency you used when booking your flight.

❌ The Travel Fund cannot be exchanged or converted to cash.

When you convert a booking to Travel Fund, it includes:

- Fares and taxes;

- All unused add-ons

- Admin and handling fees.

Conversion to Travel Fund does not include:

- Travel tax;

- Cost of CEB Flexi and TravelSure insurance;

- Flight fees, such as the hold fee and cancel fee.

How to purchase CEB Flexi

💡: CEB Flexi can only be purchased at the time of booking.

There are two ways to purchase CEB Flexi.
