Celcom Life - Mobile plan management

The app is not fast and has a bad user experience on pages other than the main one. In my experience, when you check the rewards section, you can view all the offers available for Celcom users. However, it's confusing because you can't tell where each offer is valid without clicking on them for more details. And if you go back, the rewards section resets, sending you back to the top of the page. So, each time I look at a reward, I have to scroll down from the start again.

Appreciate the bug fixes. The app itself is good, but recently the Celcom signal has been getting weaker. The data offer is nice, but it's hard to use with the poor signal. It's frustrating when the quota goes unused because of bad reception. Finding a good signal is tough and affects tasks like meetings.

Celcom Apps definitely need a lot of work. If I had another choice, I wouldn't stick with this data provider.

Your app is slow when loading, taking up to 5 minutes or not loading at all. Look into the Digi app after their merge with Celcom for inspiration on speeding it up. Focus on optimizing the interface for quicker loading times, prioritizing balance reloading, add-ons, and Just4you offers. Remove any less important features to enhance performance. Work on these improvements.

I really like this app. It's great for quick and easy use. I do wish they could improve the timing of updates though. Sometimes when I'm trying to buy a data plan, updates unexpectedly pop up when I have no data left. But overall, I still rate it 5 stars because it's user-friendly and offers good bonuses for data plans.
