Cent Mobile is the Mobile Banking app provided by Central Bank of India. Users can access various banking services at their convenience using internet-enabled devices. Pre-login features are available to all users without registration. Post-login features are accessible to Central Bank of India customers after completing a one-time registration process.
Cent Mobile Registration Process:
Please ensure that only mobile data (internet) is enabled, while Wi-Fi is disabled during the registration process within the Mobile app. Activation of mobile data is necessary.
1.Download and install the Cent Mobile app from the Play Store.
2.Launch the Cent Mobile app by tapping on the app icon.
3.A one-time registration process is required. The app will prompt for permission – tap on the Allow button to proceed.
4.Tap on the Register button displayed on the app screen.
5.Click on the Accept button to agree to the Terms & Conditions for Mobile Banking.
6.Input either CIF Number or Account Number, choose the preferred option, then tap on the Submit button.
7.A pop-up message will appear about the auto sending of verification SMS. Ensure that the SIM card registered with the Bank is in your phone. Tap Proceed to continue.
8.Grant the app permission to send the SMS automatically. For phones with dual SIM, select the SIM connected with the Bank. Tap Proceed to move forward.
9.Enter Debit Card details or Internet Banking username and login password. Then, tap Submit.
10.Create your User ID for login and tap Submit.
11.Set your MPIN (login PIN) and TPIN (transaction password).
12.Post completion of the above steps, users can log in to Cent Mobile. Access accounts linked to the customer's Personal CIF through the app.
Pre-Login Features:
• View interest rates for Time Deposits & Retail Loan Schemes.
• Check Forex rates.
• Utilize Missed Call service for receiving Account Balance or recent Transactions via SMS (available to registered Customers).
• Apply for new Saving Account, Retail Loan, Credit Card, FASTag, Insurance, Government Schemes, etc.
• Address Nomination requirements.
• Link PAN with Aadhaar.
• Open Trading or DEMAT Accounts.
