Cent Mobile is the Mobile Banking app provided by Central Bank of India. Users can access various banking services at their convenience using internet-enabled devices. Pre-login features are available to all users without registration. Post-login features are accessible to Central Bank of India customers after completing a one-time registration process.

Cent Mobile Registration Process:

Please ensure that only mobile data (internet) is enabled, while Wi-Fi is disabled during the registration process within the Mobile app. Activation of mobile data is necessary.

1.Download and install the Cent Mobile app from the Play Store.

2.Launch the Cent Mobile app by tapping on the app icon.

3.A one-time registration process is required. The app will prompt for permission – tap on the Allow button to proceed.

4.Tap on the Register button displayed on the app screen.

5.Click on the Accept button to agree to the Terms & Conditions for Mobile Banking.

6.Input either CIF Number or Account Number, choose the preferred option, then tap on the Submit button.

7.A pop-up message will appear about the auto sending of verification SMS. Ensure that the SIM card registered with the Bank is in your phone. Tap Proceed to continue.

8.Grant the app permission to send the SMS automatically. For phones with dual SIM, select the SIM connected with the Bank. Tap Proceed to move forward.

9.Enter Debit Card details or Internet Banking username and login password. Then, tap Submit.

10.Create your User ID for login and tap Submit.

11.Set your MPIN (login PIN) and TPIN (transaction password).

12.Post completion of the above steps, users can log in to Cent Mobile. Access accounts linked to the customer's Personal CIF through the app.

Pre-Login Features:

• View interest rates for Time Deposits & Retail Loan Schemes.

• Check Forex rates.

• Utilize Missed Call service for receiving Account Balance or recent Transactions via SMS (available to registered Customers).

• Apply for new Saving Account, Retail Loan, Credit Card, FASTag, Insurance, Government Schemes, etc.

• Address Nomination requirements.

• Link PAN with Aadhaar.

• Open Trading or DEMAT Accounts.

At Branch

    Downloaded the new version because the app wouldn't open, but now it says there's no sim in the phone. Disappointed. Tried 3 more updates, still not fixed.

    Just discovered a terrible banking app. It's really limited - can only transfer money and check your balance. Can't even view transaction history properly, keeps showing an error message. If you're lucky, you might see transactions from the past 6 months, but that's about it.

    This app is just terrible. The bank's server is always so bad, it never connects. Banking with them is the worst. I've been trying to log in for 2 weeks now, but it keeps saying authentication failure. I was already in the app, but got logged out and now this mess. Using CBI net banking or their app is just super annoying.

    Earlier, the app was the top choice among all banking apps in the country. However, this version added unnecessary steps like multiple questions during registration. Previously, it was very convenient to create fixed deposits online with the maturity amount clearly shown. But now, the maturity amount is no longer displayed, and there are no options for premature account closure. Additionally, the FD rates are missing. The current version lacks user-friendliness, has poor user interaction, and provides a disappointing user experience. It would be great if the earlier version could be made available again.

    The updated app is just terrible. When I enter my account number or CIF number, it says 'sending SMS' but no message actually gets sent. Please fix this issue or go back to the old version. This problem needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but now it won't open with my usual login details. It's asking me to register again. When I tried registering at a branch with a generated token, it told me it was invalid after 3 correct attempts. Even using my debit card to register, it said all the information was invalid, even though I entered everything correctly. Now the app won't open at all – it says it's blocked.

    This app is a disaster. I tried to increase my debit card limit but it only let me decrease it. And I couldn't change the limit for international transactions. You guys need to improve if you want to keep customers happy because other banks have much better mobile apps that are easy to use.

    The app is really easy to use. I've been using it for 5 years without any issues. I can transfer money, recharge my mobile, and even open a deposit account.
