How it works

Step 1: Download the App

Begin by downloading the CGR Cinémas app from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

Step 2: Set Up Your Favorites

Once the app is installed, navigate to the Cinemas section.

Search for your preferred cinema(s) and add them to your favorites. This feature allows you to quickly access information about events and films currently playing at your selected cinemas.

Step 3: Explore Movies and Events

After adding cinemas to your favorites, you can easily view the list of movies currently showing, along with their schedules.

The app also provides information on upcoming films and special events, ensuring you stay updated on all the latest offerings.

Step 4: Purchase Tickets

When you find a movie you want to see, you can purchase tickets directly through the app.

The ticket purchasing process is secure and straightforward, allowing you to store your tickets digitally on your device, eliminating the need for physical copies.

Step 5: Manage Your Loyalty Card

The app allows you to manage your loyalty card digitally. You can recharge your card and access its benefits directly from your smartphone.

THE CINEMA IS A SHARED EXPERIENCE

Your behavior towards other spectators, employees, facilities and equipment must be correct and respectful, as must your attire.

The use of mobile phones is prohibited upon entering the room so that the show remains only on the Big Screen.

Only approved assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed in the establishment.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment for the good of everyone and the safety of all.

Being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is totally incompatible with a trip to the cinema.

Only drinks purchased on site are allowed in the establishment.

All hot food is strictly prohibited in the room and we ask you to be discreet when consuming.

You will find trash cans when you move around.

Please dispose of your waste in accordance with the sorting instructions set up locally.

CINEMA IS THE DISCOVERY OF A WORK

The cinema ticket, whether physical or electronic, must be presented for access to the cinema.

It must be kept and presentable to the teams until the end of the screening.

If you benefit from a special rate upon presentation of valid proof, you must always be able to present it.

Using video or sound recording devices is strictly prohibited in the cinema and is subject to legal sanctions.

Changing rooms or entering a room other than the one intended is strictly prohibited.

You must respect the numbering of the seats assigned to the rooms concerned.

Certain scenes, comments or stories may offend the sensibilities of younger people. Cinematographic works are provided by the CNC classification committee with a minimum age for access. Even with parental consent or accompanied by an adult, this classification must be respected and you must be able to produce proof of age and identity allowing you to access works classified as prohibited -12, -16 or -18 years.

Access to cinemas is prohibited to children under 3 years old except for films and screenings suitable for very young audiences. All minors remain under the responsibility of their parents whether accompanied or not.

CINEMA IN COMPLETE SAFETY

As part of the Vigipirate Plan, cinema staff reserves the right to visually check the contents of your bag or jacket when entering the cinema. You are responsible for your personal belongings.

The cinema management declines all responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal items (including items deposited in lockers or cloakrooms).

Large or bulky objects as well as headphones are prohibited in the cinema as they may cause discomfort in the event of an evacuation.

Strictly follow the team's instructions in the event of technical problems or evacuation.
